BIG Power Yoga Montrose is our Mothership location, established in 2012. Our studio overlooks Allen Parkway and the trails of the Buffalo Bayou.

We have two studio practice rooms, a lobby with seating and retail, bathrooms with showers, a community lounge, and offices for our staff.

Most of our classes are heated to 95 degrees, with the exception of Yin, Devotional Flow, and BIG Beats. You can check out our full class schedule here, and meet our team here! If this is your first time at BIG, your first class is FREE!

We have a parking lot located behind our building, on Rosine Street. We have 67 spots total, and there is plenty of street parking. When you come to BIG Montrose, especially for the first time, give yourself some time to find parking, make your way into the studio, and get yourself all set up! Our entrance faces Allen Parkway. We love the moment where you turn the corner and we get to welcome you.

The BIG Auto-Renew Membership is the most affordable way to practice with consistency! If you come 2x/week or more on average, that is the best option for you.
